POLICIES

Kid Kountry, like all companies, has policies. Ours are designed for the child's safety, the parent's reassurance and the staff's professionalism. You are guaranteeing a place in our program for your child when you register. When you pay your fees each month, you are continuing to guarantee that your child has a place in Kid Kountry.

Trial policy

We reserve the right to provide a four week trial period upon enrolment. If your child seems to be experiencing an undue amount of anxiety in your absence, or if the teacher observes that your child is not ready yet physically, emotionally, or developmentally, she/he will consult with you privately to consider possible solutions.

OUTSIDE PLAY

Outside experience will be provided for children on a daily basis. Because their body is growing so rapidly they need they need lot of opportunities to practice and develop their gross motor skills. All children will go out at least 20 minutes a day. Please have your child dress appropriately for the weather.

Celebrations/Holidays

We discuss and celebrate national, international holidays. If you choose not to have your child participate with us you may keep your child home. If you have any special traditions or celebrations to share with us please talk to the teacher, we would love to extend your culture into our classroom. We also celebrate birthdays. You may bring a special snack the day your child�s birthday is being celebrated. The teachers will also give your child a small gift. If you send invitations for a party to school with your child, do so only if all the children in your child�s class are being invited.

Kid Kountry CDC Privacy Policies

Kid Kountry CDC takes its obligations under the Privacy Act 1998, the Health Records Act 2001 and other applicable privacy laws seriously. We respect the privacy of the personal information that we hold.

Personal Information:

Personal Information collected and held by Kid Kountry CDC may include individual's name, date of birth, current and previous address, telephone and mobile phone numbers, e-mail addresses, credit card details, occupation, Tax file number or bank account number.

Person Information is collected for the purpose of:

Providing our services
Researching and developing our services
Reporting to government authorities
Complying with the law

In certain circumstances we may collect sensitive information such as health information. We only collect this information with the individuals consent or as required or authorized by the law.

How we collect personal information:

Kid Kountry CDC collects personal information in a variety of ways, including:

Directly from people when they provide information by phone, in person or in written form
From third parties such as government agencies

Whenever possible KID KOUNTRY CDC, will collect personal information directly from the individual concerned. However, in some cases we may receive personal information about an individual from a third party such as government agencies. In either case we will take reasonable steps to ensure that the individual is aware of the purpose for which the information is collected.

Use and disclosure of personal information:

We may provide relevant personal information about individuals to government departments and sponsor organizations where we are required or authorized by law to do so. We may also provide personal information about individuals to our service providers who assist us in providing our services.

We may otherwise use or disclose personal information (including health information and other sensitive information) about staff, students and members to other individuals for purposes related to the main purpose for which the information was collected, with the consent of the individual or as requested or authorized by law.

Storage:

We will take reasonable steps to protect the security of the personal information that we hold from misuse and loss and unauthorized access, modification or disclosure. This includes appropriate measures to protect electronic materials and materials stored in hard copy. We train our employees how to properly handle personal information and we restrict access to what is necessary for specific job functions.
