So that we can schedule appropriate staff in advance, tuition will be paid in advance on the 1st and 15th of the month. Prompt payment allows our staff to be paid in a timely manner and guarantees that your child has a registered position at Kid Kountry. If financial arrangements have not been made, the child will not be admitted into the program until full payment is made. This includes a late fee to apply to the required alterations in bookkeeping. Please refer to your Kid Kountry contract.

It is the parent's responsibility to provide Kid Kountry with a schedule of their workweek. Notification of changes in your daily schedule is a courtesy that allows us to schedule appropriate staff for each day as well as assuring your child's class position. In addition, please inform us as early as possible when a child will be absent due to sickness.

If a child will be absent due to vacation or holiday, it is the parent's responsibility to inform Kid Kountry at least one week in advance. Vacation and sick leave for you does not mean that Kid Kountry closes. If you wish to reserve your child's place in our program with the excellent educational specialists I have hired, then you need to plan for the monthly and bi-monthly fees.
